Our Privacy Philosophy
We believe in clear terms before you opt in. Your data leaves with you. RePattern does not use invasive tracking or sell your data. We collect only what is necessary to help you understand communication patterns.
What We Store in the Snapshot Flow
When you use a Snapshot, we store:
- Your A/B responses to the questionnaire.
- The derived pattern signals and calculated confidence score.
- A random, non-identifiable capture token (for guest visits).
- Timestamps of when the Snapshot was completed.
You do not need to create an account, register, or provide an email address to take a Snapshot.
Site Logs and Telemetry
We record standard server and security logs. Our sovereign crawler-telemetry module logs automated web bot and crawler requests using cryptographically hashed IP addresses. This helps us monitor how search engines and AI models index our content. We do not store raw IP addresses for telemetry.
We also keep first-party, anonymised visit logs to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited and in what order. These use a hashed identifier that rotates daily, so visits cannot be linked across days — no cookies, no third parties, and raw IP addresses are never stored. During a Snapshot we record which questions were answered or skipped (never which option you chose) until you submit. Logs are deleted after 180 days.
The site sets only strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie, a security (CSRF) token, and your light/dark appearance preference. None of them track you.
What We Do Not Do
RePattern operates without advertising trackers, third-party analytics scripts, or data brokers. Your navigation remains yours.
Data Retention and Control
We retain your data whilst the service operates, or until you request deletion. You can request the removal of your snapshot readings by contacting us.
